I drink one tube of Zipfizz every morning and it gives me a nice small amount of extra energy that I need in the morning. I have loved the majority of the flavors I have tried except I wasn't a fan of the lemon iced tea flavor(Tastes like Brisk iced tea but with an odd aftertaste). My personal favorite flavors are grape, orange cream, and orange. These tubes only have 20 calories per tube and no sugar which is great.

The directions on the label recommends adding a tube to a 16-20 ounce glass of water. I personally like more water to less with these since they are a bit strong so I mix a tube into a 24 water bottle.

First let me say that the Orange Cream flavor is awful. My first experience with Zipfizz was being given a box of the Blueberry/Raspberry flavor about five or six weeks ago by my sister-in-law, and I find it pretty good, if you are in the mood--it's slightly invigorating, and does quench thirst without sugar, although it could possibly make you desire something sweet later. My sister-in-law said it's the only thing that she has found that helps her restless leg syndrome at night--she dilutes it more than recommended and freezes it in bottles (she likes it as a slush), and drinks it throughout the day. Her favorite flavor is Citrus. She does not like the Blueberry/Raspberry flavor (which is why she gave it to me), although I do. She says she has never liked cherry flavor, which is one of my favorite flavors. I haven't tried Citrus yet, but I ordered it and the Berry, which I'm expecting tomorrow. I want to compare the Berry to the Blueberry/Raspberry. A few days before the order I am awaiting, I ordered a 20-count box of the Orange Cream, as someone commented that it is their new favorite flavor, and I do like Creamsicles and even orange cream soda. However when I tried it, I thought it was disgusting, and got a refund. My rating of this product discounts that experience. By the way I have been mixing the Blueberry/Raspberry with 16 ounces of water--more diluted and it doesn't taste right to me, but maybe I should, at my peril, try the Orange Cream again, but more diluted. On the other hand, I'm almost gagging thinking about it.

This is truly a Great product.
Its provides that energy that you can really feel. B12 and vitamin C boost supercharged.
I've tried all the other stuff and found them useless.
It taste okay...but be warned this is not a beverage for sipping and relaxing, its a energy drink with NO sugar, so don't expect much, some of you folks expect it to taste like fresh squeezed lemonade.
My use is basically getting a morning and late afternoon energy boost and getting C and B12 in my body.
I notice the difference immediately.
I find it improves your mental alertness more then physical strength.
I work a grave yard shift and when I feel my mind out of focus, I drink this and Bam, right back on track again.
Much better then coffee, my old energy booster.
So, if you need a boost to get you going, and you don't want to put all sorts of krap in your body, give this a shot.
Best flavors grape, black cherry, orange and fruit punch.

I love this stuff and am always on the hunt for the best price! This is a "must have" in places like arid Arizona in the summer. With NO SUGAR ADDED, Potassium at 950 mg and B-12 at 2500 mcg, this "go to" water supplement keeps my electrolytes in balance. I do not get the leg cramps I had suffered from before using this product. My favorite flavors: Pink Grapefruit, Punch, Blue Raspberry.

I love this drink. It gives me enough energy to last throughout the day, yet, it doesn't make me jittery. The grape is delicious, though I don't care much for the fruit punch. The orange tastes almost like orange juice, but I prefer the grape to the orange. The only reason I am deducting a star is I have a difficult time getting the little containers open. I used this product years ago, and they were much easier to open, with a dotted slit on the plastic covering the opening that made it easier to tear off, and the lid would flip right open. Now there is no slit, so I have to cut it off with scissors, and that sometimes takes a while, and then I have to pry the lid open with a jar opener. I'm bummed that I can no longer take these on road trips, as I can't open them without scissors and the jar opener.
