The one we received was missing a couple of screws. Then my husband was able to get the right size at the hardware store. But neither of my kids were that interested. My kids were one and three. Both love music. They played with it about twenty minutes then didn't play with it much after that. After a few months I decided I would just give it to a friend but the thing stopped working. I called custkmer service but I was ten days passed warranty so they couldn't do anything. Warranty was only 90 days.
Missing screw

When we received this product, it didn't play very loud so was hard to hear. In addition, it was missing a screw that held the keyboard in the base. My one year old grandson was playing with it and when his dad picked it up to move it, it fell apart and nearly hurt him. I tried to contact the company to get a screw to fix it and have had no success.

The only thing I would change is the height. I bought for my daughter when she was 18 months and by the time she got interest in it she was too tall to use it.
