Got it for our granddaughter about 1.5 years ago and she loves it. When she get bigger and ring was too low, we put it on the small table and we are in the game again.
Purchased as present for my friend's 1 year old grandson and he loves it too.

As a parent I love this gift that it has a lot of functionality there are a lot of songs as options and every time you shoot the ball into the basket it plays a song or it says congratulations there's a soccer hoop on the bottom that plays songs every time you score a goal the sensors are highly sensitive so that's nice if you have a young toddler at home. The only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because my daughter doesn't love it as much as I do but over all the product in the toy it's self is great but I probably will be giving it away soon to someone else just because my daughter doesn't enjoy it as much.

6 month son loves this. His daddy is a basketball player and now so is he! The sports center is actually bigger than what it may appear online (check dimensions) but this is a pleasant surprise as often it is the other way around, right?
The best part of this center might be the music and learning based themes that go on while different parts of the toy are being engaged. It truly is quite ingenious. There are sensors that pick up when a ball or movement occur on the net and rim. When a goal is scored there is immediate positive feedback. As an educator that works with child development I can tell you this is excellent and research based to help children learn. The balls are small and my son can pick it up with two hands. The balls even have their own "stands" on the sides of the goals to stay when not in use. There are buttons and dials for baby to manipulate that produce different sounds and songs. They are mostly fun cheers, abc's and 1,2,3's but one enough diversity to stay interesting. One more thing to mention, is that the device actually "counts" goals scored/baskets made when done consecutively and gives praise to the child. This is a powerful way to reinforce the positive behavior as well as give exposure to numbers and counting concepts. Honestly very glad my wife bought this toy and i would highly recommend for all parents.

I bought this toy for my granddaughter when she began to be able to throw a ball, or kind of throw. This toy is cute and makes great sounds but is dangerous because it tips over. Babies are not steady enough on their feet, or just pulling up onto furniture, to keep this safely upright. By the time they are old enough to safely stand beside this toy, they will have outgrown it.

I still gave three stars because the toy is fun. There are lots of cute sounds and a backboard that talks, as well as some other learning parts on the toy. As long as you hold the toy for the child, the ENTIRE time, the child will enjoy it.

My son really does love this. I suppose that is what is most important. My only feedback is 1) the rim is really weak. Once he starts throwing the ball some that rim is just going to fold up and 2) more importantly, they don't sell a nice cheap pack of replacement balls. The dog popped one of ours and the only replacements I found were the same price as the whole toy. I'll take some measurements and buy some replacement that is close to the same, but it would be nice if they had a 2 pack of balls for $10 or something. But in any case, my son loves it and so it was a good purchase.
