HDMI Outlets do not work

Ordered 3 of these. Well, two of the three have faulty HDMI connectors. I found this after trying different HDMI cables, then un-installing and trying another gang outlet. After all of the work, swapping outlets, returning (what I thought were faulty) HDMI cables, it turns out only one of my three actually function 100%. The speaker connections work on all three, so I am going to swap just the HDMI gang outlet with another brand. All in all, a bunch of work, a bunch of troubleshooting, and a bunch of wasted time.

The company reached out to me and refunded 1/3 of my order price because 1/3 of the gang outlet didn't function. A very nice gesture, and I would try them again in the future. Stars changed from 2 to 5. Great customer support.

Worked great and I was even able to swap out the middle section for a pass through opening for my hdmi cable as I didn't want to connect and chance a loss in signal quality. I bought some banana plugs to use on the outside part and It worked like a charm. Highly recommend getting a low voltage box to use with this as it will probably rip off the wall once all you speaker cables are plugged in (not a product issue just that the drywall can only hold the weight for so long with a tiny screw and the weight pulling down on it.)

I purchased 2 of these panels for a recent project. I wanted to have a a wall panel in another part of the shop that would allow both audio and video signals, these wall panels work great. on the feed side a just one panel to hide the cables going out and make for a professional look, and on the use side, I installed another wall panel to both hind the cables and allow me to plug into the feeds I wanted. The HDMI port allows for quick easy video, and the surround sound feeds allow for serious speaker selection. Instead of a group of cables sticking out of the wall, you have this nice and neat wall plate, then simply make small jumper cables to the head unit.
