9/28 I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I ordered the design shown in picture but design I received was different. However, it did have the same colors in it. My problem is I would like to order another matching this one but since the same picture and description comes up I'm not sure what I'm going to get. But to be on the fair side, I love this rug. It is exactly what I wanted to put across my kitchen in front of stove and sink over a tile floor. It is beautiful and well made. Now all I need is one to match.

This door mat is a bit cheesy. The colors and detail do not match the vivid product pictures of the description. If you look close you can see that the rug you receive resembles the rug advertised but only slightly.

A fantastic runner rug for the price. I have 2 of these now and am waiting for the 5'x6-1/2' rug (for living room) to go on sale prior to buying it. Even still it's not too badly priced. I'd have given it/them 5 stars save that they ARE just a little bit thin; especially for already carpeted rooms. I think they would go great atop hardwood flooring; notably with those things which help hold down the corners (especially on runners). Oh, this size is FAR better than the ??20" x 59"?? size. That one just doesn't cut it. This one DOES!! And it's only $2 more than that other much smaller size. Guess I should get around to painting my living area and more so that these REALLY accent the appearance of the areas they accent already so nicely. Frankly, they make this generic apartment-style almond carpeting look SO MUCH BETTER and the whole apartment seem so much less cheap. And once I add the living area rug, well, it will have only taken less than $80 total to add a real touch of class to this place. So anyway, spend the extra $2 for this notably larger size runner. It is worth it. The set itself is really making this apartment come together.
Colors darker than expected

The background is not ivory, it's almost a dark tan. Much darker than the picture and than I wanted. The runner is quite slippery on top of my carpeting even with the rubber backing likely because the rug is so lightweight. My other rubber backed runners don't slide around like this one does.
