Works very well, super sturdy being that it is mostly metal. It is extremely adjustable, but I found it tricky to get both sides even at first with the push button system. I don't stand all the time, so this is good for removing from my desk when I want to sit. I would buy again.

I am very happy with this purchase. I've used this now for 4 months with zero issues. I work from home and needed a quick and easy "stand up desk" option. This is perfect. When I want to stand up at my desk. I just use this nifty stand. If I get tired and need to sit, I just take it away.If there was any flaw to point out, the little shelf for the mouse isn't that sturdy, but knowing that I don't put a lot of weight on it. For the cost of this product compared to the really expensive stand up desk options that are out there, this is worth every penny. On a side note, I purchased separate monitor stands for my dual monitors, which I can easily adjust.

This keyboard tray has been the best thing I ever bought for my computer since my computer desk itself.
If you're like me and built-in keyboard trays are too low for you, even at your chair's lowest setting, then this is an AMAZING thing. It's very solidly constructed and the arms lock tight. It doesn't move, even when I'm furiously typing or madly punching out my rotation in video games.
This is also a really good purchase if you wish to stand up and still work. However, because of the aforementioned amazing locking joints/arms, it's not a quick adjustment. Each joint must be adjusted individually and there's a bit of a trick to it. There must be no weight on the tray when you try to unlock the joint (a bit of a feat for me, since my keyboard cord is too short to move the keyboard).

It took some time to figure out how to adjust it as the instructions were not as easy to understand. It works for my Wrist Tendonitis/Sprained, CTS, and Bursitis to my left hand.
