The stylus stalk seems to be bent. Also, I had to set it in place with an epoxy, otherwise it keeps rotating out of alignment.

This is the most adorable sundial! The turtles are beyond cute. The gnomon (rod that casts a shadow) is a little wobbly after it is installed and the turtles are a little wobbly but they are screwed into the dial so I know they won't get lost. The gnomon is not screwed in but just placed in the hole. Looks so cute in my garden.

I like it. It's a nice size and easy to mount. We will see how it works out time-wise, though I bought it more for the decorative aspect than to tell time. Since I have a turtle theme in my yard they are fun. Detail is petty good on the turtles and the log they are on. So far I am glad I bought it.
