I purchased this a week or so ago. The item had problems installing correctly. I vote 5 stars because I've bought this same item a year ago and it worked perfectly. When returning the item I had no problem, received full refund (including shipping) within two days. I would recommend. Yes sometimes you get ones that are bad, but other times you get ones that aren't. I do recommend you take the chance and if it don't work return it for a new one. Sometimes installing programs go wrong and it's not the sellers fault. You will love this program, trust me.

Very much like it but the process of getting Avid onto your computer is lengthy as well as the verification process. Not saying not to buy the product just be prepared that it could take a few days.
