I like it a lot

So far so good. I mounted it on my new build before I even took it to the range. It was pretty easy to zero as well as I could standing at about 20 yards. Shot about 120 rounds and it held zero for those. I like the auto power off and on feature. It comes set to the default 8 hours auto power off, but you can change this. I set it to 1 hour. Ill probably mount a 3x magnifier behind it soon. Probably a vortex. I've seen pictures of this red dot in front of a vortex flip magnifer and they look to line up perfectly. So far i'm very happy with it. If anything changes I'll update thia review
Great for my 22 pistol

Seems to work as it should. I mounted it on a 22 pistol and it dramatically improved my accuracy. I guess I was worse with the irons than I thought. Lol
Not made for calibers bigger than 5.56

If you are going to use this on any rifle bigger than 5.56 I would not recommend this optic. I have gone through 3 of these. The at I had this optic mounted on was a 7.62x39 and they kept breaking around. The 400 round Mark. Customer service is great and kept sending me replacements but I'm tired of them breaking. Spend your $ on something of better quality

Have this mounted on both a Benelli M4 and AR15. I also have multiple sites from Aimpoint, Eotech (returned due to recent issue), Burris, etc. While I have only had this site for a few months I am very impressed. I have a slight astigmatism in my site eye and with most RDS I have issues as the dot is seldom a dot and instead a flare. The Aimpoints are really bad in this respect. Now, for a perfect dot something with an etched dot is needed but I wanted a RDS that worked for my eyes. This Holosun, while not a perfect dot, is far better than my Aimpoints T1 an H1 sites. Very slight flaring and I am able to group better vs the other sites.
Mount is nice and secure, even on my M4 shotgun. So far the batteries have lasted the few months similarly to my Aimpoints. Clarity is every bit as good.
Overall I am impressed and will give this a few more months. If this is just as good at that time I am going to dump my Aimpoints and run these. They are that good-so far.
