Perfect for pan frying

Perfect for pan frying. I use it for anything like eggs, crepe, pancakes, Schnitzel or nuggets. Does not have a taste or smell and tolerates high heat up to 450F. Can only recommend it!

WOW, a good tasteless version of coconut/palm oil shortening. Works really well. I add some butter emulsifier by Lorann and voila' tasty! Supposed to be a healthier choice over butter and other shortenings.

I have been searching for a more natural vegetable shortening... And this is it!! I was a little nervous to use this in baking... it is a combination of coconut oil, red palm oil and palm fruit oil and I was worried about the taste and texture. I baked 2 different kinds of cookies with this and both turned out exactly as they always do... tasted exactly the same too! Very very pleased!

It has better health benefits than a lot of other shortenings used ...

It did not produce the flaky pie crust that I purchased this item for. It has better health benefits than a lot of other shortenings used for pie crusts, but for me, it didn't produce as good a crust.

Great shortening for me, as I am health conscious. It is non-gmo and has no transfat. The flavor is great and the shortening works as well for me as the regular, hydrogenated with transfat always did. I love it!

Months later, I'm still using this shortening with great results!
