Definitely would have been rated better had the box and the product not matched. Bought this because it was Keurig 2.0 compatible, but the pods lack the DRM ring that tells the brewer to activate. It's the only reason I decided to give this product another try and feel like this at the least poor product management. Too bad.

This is by far the best hot chocolate I've ever had. I've tried many of Door County's products which are all very good but can't beat the chocolate! Sometimes it takes a little coaxing for the Keurig to accept these pods, I just take it out if there is an error, rotate it and put it back in. If for some reason the pod doesn't work, its hot chocolate, just peel off the top and dump it into the cup before you add the hot water.

Good, medium roast coffee. This is a vanilla-rum coffee, By the way, with no coconut flavor. I mention that because there are a number of different variations by different manufacturers with similar names to "Jamaica/Jamaican-Me-Crazy."
Major compatibility issue with Keurig 2.0 brewer/

I like the coffee. But, the packaging says the k-cups work with 2.0 brewers. So far none of the cups work with my K550 brewer. I get the warning message that the k-cup is incompatible, please contact Keurig at their 800 number. This is odd as the 12-pack purchased at Carson's worked without a hitch. The color of the foil top is different on the ones purchased on Amazon (lavender vs. orange).
