We loved it. It was well done

We loved it . It was well done, but we had already repainted ours and it was not needed.

works fine
It works beautifully so far and feels good to have my mailbox lid secured

I have had this for almost 4 months and even though I felt it was overpriced, I love it. After 4 years of a baling wire keeping a rusted out front together. .. the ease and satisfying secure open and closing make me feel rich.
Fits perfect and looks great

Fits perfect and looks great! Super easy to install, you just have to remember that the old door needs to be completely off (ours still had remnants of the old metal at the hinges at the bottom).
A good choice
KnoxBox•February 26, 2016
I purchased the 11" replacement door in Apirl 2015 when the door on my brick enclosed mailbox could no longer be repaired. Installation was quick. It took longer to remove the remaining parts of the broken door. As some have commented, the metal attaching the door to the frame broke on one side after less than a year. I contacted the company and received a replacement within a week with an explanation that there was a batch that had this particular problem. While the cost made me do my homework before purchasing, the insert was certainly cheaper than tearing down my brick mailbox and rebuilding. And...my mailman thanked me for getting a new door!
