This was so simple to install. My husband wanted to drill out the stucco and cut the old mailbox out. I ordered this (it came very quickly) and my 10 yo installed it in seconds! Seriously, the hardest part of the install was removing it from the mailing box!

Item arrived promptly. Very easy to install; less than 5 minutes once old door was removed. At least as sturdy as the 25 year old door it replaced.

Our mailbox would no longer stay shut, and since we were unable to replace our mailbox without tearing down it's brick enclosure, my son found this on Amzaon. It works well and is easy to install. The only problem being it stopped latching after about a year, and I had to order a new one, but it's much cheaper than tearing out the mailbox.
