I had a pair of used professional shears (I had them sharpened) that was $500 new. I ended up giving them to a hair stylist friend who gave my kiddo free haircuts. She moved away so now I have to do it myself. I bought these shears and they are bulkier and bigger than professional shears but they are super sharp, smooth, and very comfortable. I would say this item "eh, so-so" comparable to the professional shears but the price point of these shears truly make this an exceptional product. I have already bought the thinning shears. This is a great pair of shears for the price and I highly recommend them.

These shearers are so wonderful. It makes me wish I had more hair to thin out. I love the feel of them in my hand. They thin without chunking or taking out a bunch of hair. I am not a beautician at all so i can't speak for them. I just know that it saves me some dough when I thin out the top of my hair extending my time between haircuts. People say that my hair looks nice.

AMAZING Is the word to describe the scissors. They are extremely sharp and you must be careful when cutting. However, I have never used a scissor that cut through hair with so much ease and precision. Will definitely order more. If you are undecided, go ahead and make this purchase that you will not regret.
