Poor quality unit

Junk! Ordered and had the plumber install the unit. Today we had the electrician finish and the unit worked on high and low for five minutes. It then stopped. The manufacturer cannot repair and they want me to send it back for a new one. The expense to uninstall and reinstall the unit is twice what the original cost it. They do not care. Poor quality unit!
