I bought this to carry all of my husband's diabetic supplies as we traveled overseas. It was fantastic! We didn't use the cool packs because we kept it with us at all times and never had to worry about being in a situation where things got too warm. It organized everything beautifully! This is a nice organizer for diabetes supplies. I've had it for about a month, but so far its durable has plenty of room for several days of supplies.
I have two pens, blood sugar testing supplies, alcohol swabs, cotton balls, and extra pen needles and lancing devices. It holds it all easily and I don't even use the exterior pocket. Nice improvement from the Dia-Pak organizer I have been using for years. It arrived on time and as expected.

Use it for my supplies at home. Haven't used it as a cooler. Only negative, is that I use the cooler bag slot to store my used capped needles on a trip until I get home to put them in a disposal container, and they sometimes fall out. I would have liked to have a velcro closing all the way across. But that wasn't the maker's intention, so just my idea. I probably could add a strip myself. Great bag for pens and needles and meter and supplies as well.

I wish it was a,little larger when you put both ice packs in I'm not able to put all my viles in. I thought it might stretch out but it hasn't. It still very useful for day to day but for a long trip you might not get all your supplies in.
