Spytec GPS GL300 working great for my Motorcycle!

I just purchased the unit from Amazon a couple of weeks ago, I use it so my wife can track my movements when I take my motorcycle for a ride. With the colder weather limiting my time out, I've only tested it a few times so far, but very happy with the accuracy and the battery life. I've had mine on the performance mode (the fastest when moving at 5 sec pings) and it's done very well for me. I will update this at some point when I've tested it more, but overall the unit was priced well on Amazon, but keep in mind you do need to purchase a monthly or yearly subscription to begin tracking with the device. For me, the cost is worth the peace of mind my wife has so she can keep an eye out for me on those long rides and hopefully I'll never need it to find me if something bad should happen but at least it gives her the knowledge of where I am and where I've been. The magnet is SUPER strong so no worries there, but it even has 2 areas where you can apply a zip tie as a backup if you like. I haven't tested it out in very dense areas yet where cell phone reception is limited, but again, will update when I can test all aspects of the unit. Can't say anything with regard to tech support either since I've had no problems thus far. In any case, if what I've said is in any way helpful to you, and you are looking for a good tracker for whatever reason, I can highly recommend this one! Thanks, fellow riders be safe out there! :)

The tracker its okay, for what I need it. However, you will need to activate a plan to be able to use the tracker. I just wish the plan will be a little bit cheaper. Specially whe i had many small issues with accuracy.
one issue I have with the tracker it's that at least once or twice a week will loose signal and sent a close location but not the right location. The notifications are delay for a few minutes and the app sometimes will take time to locate the tracker and give me the right location. When the tracker it's on movement and make frequent stops the tracker will only give certain stops but not all of them, so the tracker it's not as accurate as I wanted to be. The battery life its okay, but if you open the app and locate often the tracker the battery will run out fast. Battery life its around a week only with notifications. Charging can last between 3 to 4 hours. Overall an okay tracker for simple tracking.

They have added cellular location to this GPS since I bought it. When it switches to the cellular location (after it has set in 1 spot for a bit) it is not as pinpoint of the map. But it's last known location is listed on the app which is still very close. I have only had 2 instances where it switched to cellular location and been miles off on its location. (3 miles from actual location) There are more expensive locators out there with lower monthly rates. For that reason I would not recommend this item for a fleet of vehicles but for the average Joe this is great. Inexpensive start and fairly reasonable monthly rate.

First off this is my experience I got the car washed tried activating it, subscribed, and stuck it the car that was a leveled area, and pushed around to make sure it wouldn't move. I went to the tracking app and said it was in Kansas, I'm in nevada!! And to top it off it completely fell off the car idk where bec the tracking says Kansas"¦. Horrible experience w this product

These guys actually care they sent another one, got delivered to the wrong house thankfully our neighbor delivered it to us. They actually got it to work for me. They got it updated and working amazing to be honest with you show satellite view of where it is. It is a little jumping back-and-forth. I'm at my house. It says I'm at my neighbors house but much OK take it for a trip shoulder exact location, so if that's what you're supposed to do I appreciate you guys getting back to me and helping me out.
