I trust Centrum, and I notice a positive difference in how I feel, and think from taking these vitamins. I start work at 1 a.m and at times will work into the mid to late afternoon in a fast paced 30 degree warehouse loading dock. A good diet is not enough for me so I take these vitamins to keep me on an even keel.
