(This is not supposed to be 5 stars. One star!) I received yet another ad for these products today. (The company seemed to have disappeared for a while after my less than glowing report to them after purchase)The A.C.K Trading Company that is advertising the Tuscan products are exactly the products I am trying to replace from A.C.K. from a few years ago. I have the whole set plus serving bowls & platters. They are EXTREMELY poor quality and chipped all around the edges the first few weeks I had them. (and now even the center of the plates are chipped which I suspect makes them dangerous to use chemically) Yes, I notified the seller who asked a lot of questions and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I would strongly recommend that Amazon re-evaluate this seller and products. (and by the way, I absolutely loved the design but would NEVER do business with ACK again) Thought you should get this feedback.

Really pretty set but are by far not air tight. I put my sugar, flour and salt in and they get hard! Yes, even my flour is hard, weird. Only good use for me is the looks of them really.

I ordered this more for the soap dispenser (which works and looks beautiful), but the sponge dish is way too small. I use this in my kitchen, so there was no need for a bar of soap. Even for a soap dish, it's too small. Good product though if you have smaller sponges or soaps.

I purchased the dinnerware several years ago. It was beautiful but very poorly made. Within several months the plates were chipping, breaking, and now I can't use them because all of the plates, bowls have chips in them. I also bought many accessories. I'm totally disappointed. I spent a great deal of money on this purchase. Stay away from this product!

I bought the Tuscany Grape salt and pepper shakers to replace the set I have that chipped. But the grapes on the new set are very different and look nothing like the image shown on Amazon or my canister set. I'm really disappointed because I like to display my salt and pepper shaker and don't like the way these look. The grapes are very big and very lightly painted. Would it be possible to get a set that looks more like those in the image on Amazon?
