Very good when cooked correctly. Takes on the flavor of the seasonings very well.

I'd have to agree with some other reviewers regarding the consistency in quality of these unique noodles. When the quality is ensured, the noodles are a fantastic alternative to use for dietary reasons. However, 50% of my order was almost a completely different product, yet in the same packaging, all with the same expiry. The subpar packages consisted of about 1/3 the volume of the others. The noodles and rice product within the subpar packages were tiny and shriveled, and the texture was reminiscent only of shredded plastic, so much that it was almost inedible and nearly impossible to chew, making it a good contender for a choking hazard. I was pretty taken aback actually at the vast difference between the 6 pkgs I recieved; totally loving the 3 quality pkgs. and befuddled about the 3 poor quality ones. So, I logged on to Amazon to read the reviews to see if there was a shared experience; and sure enough there was, with pictures to illustrate the disparities I had also found. Clearly, and unfortunately, quality control is not in place with this seller as it should be, ANYONE can see the difference in the contents when packing these into a box. Therefore, I would advise consumers, if at all possible, to purchase at local stores so they can ensure full packages of the plump noodles and rice, as they are intended to be. They are excellent noodles, IF and only if, the finished product is executed as the manufacturer originally intended.

Amazing for weightloss and if you prepare them correctly (and expect things to be a little different) they work well to help you feel like youre eating more than you are. It smells awful, but the smell is gone after it's cooked

Good substitute for people who need to watch their carbs. They need to be thoroughly washed, and then cooked as directed. They take the flavor from whatever food you mix them with. Not good on their own

Excellent product especially if you are Carb counting. Great with spaghetti sauce and some grated cheese. Consistency slightly different than Normal spaghetti but allows you to have minimal Carbs (only 7 carbs per package).
