I bought this to try to replicate my grandmother's brown bread, from Nova Scotia. I live in the US so I bought Crosby's molasses through Amazon, and it arrived quickly and without a problem. Just what I needed.

I have lived in many different countries and this is one of the few products I can't live without.

I use it for baking, cooking and as a good maritimer on toast. If you make bread use it instead of sugar, I also use it when making pizza dough and you won't go back to anything else.

I learned of this exquisite molasses because my mother was from northern maine near Canada. It is THE best molasses available, worth every penny. Once you try it you will not buy sugar cane molasses again. This comes from the trees, like maple syrup.

My father, 89 years old, has always used molasses on his breakfast cereal and in his baked beans. Crosby Fancy Molasses is his favorite. When his local store no longer carried it he tried other brands but was not happy. He was thrilled when I found this on amazon.

I enjoy taking the Crosby Fancy Molasses every day, as I take it with my roasted black sesame seeds, and this is how I have been getting my daily copper and iron. The taste is wonderful and I have nothing negative to say about this product. If it were not labeled Fancy, I would still buy it. Thank you very much for giving us a way to get nutritional copper and iron in our food. This product was selected by me because of the high copper content that the other molasses just did not have.
