Received this jacket today, and I'm very impressed. The jacket is made well with impeccable tailoring. Pockets have zippers with flaps to protect
contents (in pockets) from the rain, and the hood unzips. Normally I wear a small to medium size. I ordered a medium, and the size was good; however, the jacket is NOT roomy enough to wear very heavy clothes underneath (I would have needed a large size to accommodate heavy clothes). I suggest referencing the size chart, and measuring your hips. Since I bought the jacket for running, and a thermal top will be the heaviest top I will wear under the jacket, the medium will be fine. This jacket is well worth the money (even my Husband was impressed). Don't hesitate to order this jacket.

I ususally wear a medium but went with a large so I could layer underneath when needed. It's roomy especially in the arms but a little narrow in the waist, maybe I just have big hips? But everywhere else it fits as a large would.

I was skeptical about buying a jacket from Amazon but after looking at other online stores (L.L.Bean, Talbots, Lands End) this jacket was much less expensive and had the waterproofing I was looking for so decided to risk it. So glad I did. Very lightweight, love the color and lots of pockets. The fit is as expected. I'm 5'2" 120 lbs and the XS fits perfectly for me. I bought it to only wear light sweaters underneath and fits well. Since this is a straight line jacket which covers the butt and snaps at the bottom, I was concerned that it might be a little snug but it's not. Love the hot pink color and easy wash instructions. Would buy again.
