Paper hat for one time use

From far it looks like a decent hat but once you touch it... The material is like a one time paper cup. You can wear the hat on costume holiday just once, but not as an everyday accessory. For $5 I should have expected the same poor quality.

May fit a child's head, but not even close to fitting a 7 1/4 hat sized head. Pretty stiff also, may be uncomfortable it you did get it on your head. Delivery was fast though.

This hat is huge and poorly made. Mine has glue all over the rim that won't be scratched off. Not made to fit a woman's head. I was going to return but then it said they would deduct nearly $7 for shipping, considering I paid $8 what a ripoff so I'm not even going to bother. I found a hat at Walmart that is similar but has a nice elastic insert to keep the hat in place.
