Tried the vacuum things and the swirl thing that's seen on tv didn't work. Que tips haven't been doing the job at all lately. About 5 months ago had a left ear completely blocked and ended up going to urgent care but ended up paying over $120 for a flush because insurance won't cover it. Noticed left ear getting build up again so ordered this because the doctor used similar thing. First time used this the day it came in flushed the ear 4 times each time stuff came out and i will say it worked great.

Excellent tool for removing ear wax. I used it with some success. My only recommendation would be that the syringes be larger so they could hold more water and give a longer rinse.
It works!! Don't use tap water.

IT WORKS!! IT WORKS!! Cleared out wax from wife and I's ears. Use caution though, don't go too rough or you'll irritate your ear canal. Also its probably a good idea to use saline.
