I was surprised at how nicely these herb shears worked. I have a good sized herb garden and use fresh herbs all season long for every meal . I am excited for canning season this year salsa and sauce 😮! They are super sharp and save so much time! especially scrubbing the cutting boards . I'm extra careful not to lose that little "comb" that helps clean out the little bits left behind after chopping. I've used these on basil parsley cilantro sage thyme oregano and oooh they work great with chives! I harvested 4 good sized clumps and chopped them straight into the dehydrator trays in no time at all. they are heavy duty, I can't see them breaking ever. But if my husband took them out into the garage and used them to fix the lawn mower

A gadget that really works !! 2 to 3 cuts minces up herbs such as parsley, basil , mint etc . Easy to clean just run under water or put in the dishwasher. I bought these for myself a year ago and still use them weekly Highly recommend.
