I Can Finally Sleep Through the Night!
Chad Crabtree✓ Verified Purchase•April 16, 2018
This stuff has absolutely saved me! I've spent the past several months waking up 1-2 hours after falling asleep each night with unbearably dry, irritated, scratchy eyes. I'd been trying out different eye drops during the day and night to try and combat this obnoxious problem. The various drops are fine for the daytime, when I can reapply as needed, but none of them last anywhere near long enough to get through the night. Then I found Soothe Night Time eye ointment. I was skeptical and hesitant at first, thinking that putting a thick ointment directly into my eye every night would be weird at best, unpleasant at worst. But I was so wrong! Yes, when I first put the ointment in my eye as directed, it is slightly uncomfortable; but a couple of seconds and a few blinks later, it always disperses and coats the eye. Then I go to sleep and sleep through the night--the relief from the ointment even lasts a bit into the day. A word of warning, though: this is absolutely a night time (or whatever time you sleep) product only! This is because the ointment does blur your vision; it's best to put it in right before you're ready to hit the hay. Really great product!
Very good results for the purpose I use this product.

I wear contacts so the only time I can use this product is when I take out my contacts at bed time and then apply the ointment. I use this to counteract a dry eye condition caused by a prescribed eye medication that I also have to put in my eyes at bed time. This product keeps my eyes lubricated all night and I awake with no dry eye condition, which I would experience with the use of the prescribed eye medication by itself.
Best product of its kind

I've wasted money trying all sorts of night time eye ointments, including the thinner drops and this is the best stuff. I use a CPAP machine. It blows in my eyes a bit and dries out my eyes -- with the wrong ointment, my eyes are even glued shut in the morning. But this stuff works just perfectly and lasts for a long night. I do wish it were a little less expensive, but it's still 50% cheaper than the store brand at my local CVS.
Vaseline for your Eyes

I recently had Lasik eye surgery and my doctor said that my eyes were really dry even after taking all my drops. He recommended this night time ointment to help my eyes not dry out while I sleep and it has worked great! It kinda feels like vaseline for your eyes, which was weird feeling at first, but now it doesn't bother me at all.
Aaahhhhhh

Love this eye drop. It is a bit "thicker" than the average moisturizing drop and that is what I need because if I'm not reading, I'm writing, so my eyes tend to get dry. I use this drop whenever I need extra moisture and sometimes just for prevention. I would highly recommend it for anyone who likes to keep their eyes fresh and moist; however, be sure to leave about 1 - 2 minutes for the drop to absorb after application.
