OMG, these are awesome! We went to an all plant based diet a few months ago and ordered these under a recommendation. We LOVE them. These are really terrific in Fajitas, stir fry, soups - really any recipe you would add fresh or frozen tofu to. I'm vegetarian and highly recommend them as an easy solution when a recipe calls for tofu and you don't have fresh on hand. High-five to Butler Foods for this excellent alternative that doesn't go sour!

I love the versatility of these soy curls. Basically it replaces the look and feel of meat/chicken in dishes. I don't use them all the time but occasionally and love the fact that they are NON-GMO (wouldn't buy otherwise). My husband absolutely loves the barbecue I make with them!

i absolutely love these, i'll eat them right out of the bag! lightly nutty/sweet with the perfect crispy crucnh while dry, they become tender and chewey when soaked in warm water, i like making a marinade of nooch, rich veg broth, toss in some thyme and sage and you have a solid chicken replacement.
