Soy curls are such a great option for a meat replacement and if you season and cook them right no one will know it's not meat.
Unfortunately, they can't be found in the stores where I live so I appreciate them being available on Amazon.

I tried Butler Soy Curls for the first time. I like it a lot. First soak it in hot water in a bowl. Then, prepare the rest of the recipe, use your favorite spices, and add the soy curls. It lends itself best to stir-fry vegetables. I used a little Korean hot chili sauce, plus a little honey. It was great.

I'm still experimenting with this product. So far it's pretty good !! I had it mixed in with some fried cabbage and soy sauce. It takes on the taste of what it's cooked with and has a bit of a chewy texture. I wouldn't say I LOVED IT but I'm working on it!!
I'm a vegan. I love these. Quick. Simple. Ready to use as a meat-like substitute in any recipe!

I like how the soy curls assimilate nicely whenever it's used in place of ground meat products. It is made of soy, to be sure, but takes on the flavor of sauces or seasonings used with it. For instance, if I want to prepare chili, I simply replace ground meat with soy curls. If I want the curls to resemble ground beef, I whirl them in a food processor for a couple of seconds. Then move on with a recipe using ground meat. It's easy! Pretty good tasting for a meat substitute, especially for new Vegans like myself.
