This is absolutely the best CAFFEINE FREE fatburner on the market.

Notice I didn't say stimulant free -- it does have synephrine and potentiators for synephrine in it, so I do find the "stimulant free" epithet a little misleading. Still, at this price point -- $35ish for a 1 month supply -- this is really awesome stuff.

When I first gave it a shot, I easily dropped about 5 or 6 pounds in three weeks time. I find it much more effective and easier in terms of side-effects than QuadraLean, which is about $10/bottle less, but not wortht the money IMO.

The ingredient profile is what really shines in Phoenix. Clinical dosages of just about everything, to include EGCG, forskolin, synephrine, and some interesting polyphenols / flavonoid compounds that you won't find in most other fatburners out there.

That's about all I got. Couple it with some good old fashioned Caffeine for extra effect.

You can "feel" this stuff working. It's the synephrine IMO, which has a tame effect reminiscent of DMAA and/or AMP Citrate when combined with the right potentiators, but it's not going to be as bad on your sleep as either of those two stims. As far as apetite suppression goes, it's there, but not overwhelmingly strong. You will still want to eat if you lift hard.

If you're already watching your diet and training hard, this could easily mean up to 20% more fat loss per period of time. That's pretty significant. You could spend $35 a month on something much worse than that, and if you're like most Americans, you likely already do on coffee.

I have tried a lot of products over the years, but Legion Phoenix is the first one that has really worked for me. I have a Legion Whey+ protein shake for breakfast and take 3 Phoenix capsules in the am, and then another two at lunch as directed. I am NEVER hungry. Having "middle age" spread and not being able to lose weight, it has really helped me to lose - down 11 in three week and still going strong!

This was a great product! I lost 15 lbs in one month. Then when I ordered another bottle they changed the ingredients. Now I can't take it anymore because it gives me bad side effects. I'm very sad about this. Unfortunately I can no longer use this product. First pic is the old label and second label is new product.

Normally I don't write reviews, but I had been trying another supplement (old school labs vintage burn fat burner) and it wasn't doing much for me at all compared to Phoenix and seeing the vast difference, I thought I would share. I was NOT compensated for this review whatsoever just FYI. Especially being a woman because I feel like all of these reviews are from men lol. I have been using both Forge and Phoenix together. I built up to the recommended doses (I'm a female, trying to lose body fat, 170 lbs 5'7). My workouts in the morning have been legit. I can tell a difference in my power and speed, especially with lifting and HIIT. The only thing I really can't do it longer distance fast running because sometimes my heart rate gets really really high and I can't breathe (like if i'm doing a fast timed mile). But I don't do that much anymore anyways because it's not super beneficial to my goals. With HIIT and weights, both forge and phoenix are really great. I have already seen results after a couple of weeks. I've lost 5 lbs! And I struggle with metabolic inflexibility and have been at a plateau for a few months, which I think isn't unique to women but pretty common.

With Phoenix I almost FEEL like I've drank caffeine without it actually having that in it. It makes me feel so alert. At work I get SO MUCH done. I feel really productive and clear headed. It's an awesome feeling. I'm really happy with the products. I also really like Legion's whey as well. I have tried others and Mike is right, the taste is so much better. I also like that his products are backed by science. I listen to his podcast and the guy know his stuff. I am really skeptical with the supplement industry in general just because everyone knows that companies are always trying to cut corners somewhere to make more profit, at the expense of the consumer. I even went into trying Legion's stuff with that in mind, thinking I would make my own decision when trying the products whether or not they were just like everyone else's! But honestly, I do see a difference and can now say I am pretty confident in these products and would recommend them to other people, which is saying a lot coming from me. Phoenix really worked for me. I'm halfway through my second bottle and I've lost 16 lbs. (I do exercise and maintain a healthy diet as well) I'm one who is sensitive to a great variety of supplements in general, but I had no ill side effects from this. I like that I had the option to take it with caffeine to improve it's efficacy, thereby giving me the ability to control the amount of caffeine. (Usually I take Phoenix and follow it with half of a generic 5 hour energy shot) It curbed my appetite and boosted my metabolism, just what I needed it to do. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for a supplement to give them a boost on their weight loss journey.

My only "complaint" is that they placed a label over part of the ingredients listing. I had already checked the ingredients before purchasing because I have had so many negative side effects from other products, so I wasn't concerned at that point. Still, if I needed to revisit the ingredients, looking them up online as opposed to referring to the bottle would be less than ideal. Especially considering that I spent $35 for this product.

Unlike many reviewers for Legion's Phoenix, I paid full price for it. Twice. There was no incentive for me to sing it's praises, yet here I am. I highly encourage you to try it, ESPECIALLY if you have had trouble (jitters, etc) with other fat burners.
