It came as said. It was really easy to do...it takes time and minor adjusting afterwards. Really stays in...its kind of a miracle. Can drink with it...but only lukewarm or cold beverage. I chipped one of my front teeth...it takes 2 weeks for my dentist to have the semi permanent denture tooth done. Didn't want to look bad in front of my client and coworkers..and this worked out best. It looks unreal close up, but hey unless you planning to kiss someone this isn't too bad. minus a star cause it really does stick in there for me and it hurts a bit to get it out...but maybe just need a lil bit more tweeking. Thank you for making this product. I had big front teeth...and I ordered a large natural...its best for those with bunny teeth. Natural seems more natural in terms of matching my lower teeth. REEALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY worth the money I spent on it as I am using it everyday. Thank you for this product...really!! Because I did not want to go out without something to at least cover that gap. As seen in pictures below

I have missing front teeth. No dental insurance. I wear the teeth when I go somewhere. I don't wear them all day. ( I am retired )
They were sorta difficult to fit at first but you will get used to fitting them after the first try. You can fit them more then once if needed.
I would recommend giving them a try.
