Not a good workout headband, slips like crazy

Hate the tie hanging down the back of my head. Slips toward the back of my head no matter how I tie it. Have to bobby pin it to my head to save the price I paid for it, had high hopes for this one being the perfect workout head band. Still searching, this isn't it.
