This is great tasting wild rice. As usually happens with wild rice, it needed a longer cooking time (about 25% longer) for the grains to fully open and soften, but once it did the wild rice was delicious. Just added a little butter and sea salt, and then we were enjoying the wonderful taste of MInnesota wild rice taste! It's an added bonus to be able to support the Red Lake nation through this purchase.

Delicious rice! Haven't ventured outside of my beloved Canoe brand wild rice but glad to find another quality product! Loved the flavor and cooked up like a charm. Will be ordering again.
