I've purchased this before from Amazon, and from Costco. This time it seems to be mostly seeds and very little ginger or garlic. I use it anyway, but have to add many more spices to develop flavor.

Can't believe I can't find this is any of my local food markets! This is delicious! I've used his in a Spinach & Shrimp dish, as well as a Chicken & Broccoli dish. A little goes a long way.

This is hands-down one of the best all-purpose seasonings around. I use it for giving a great flavor for many dishes I prepare or seasoning some sort of meat or burger (truly delectable on tuna burgers) or salad. I'm so glad Amazon carries it and will purchase again. I used to get it at a warehouse store but no longer have a membership. I bought two bottles when I last ordered so I'd have enough for a while because we use a lot of this stuff.
