This is my second post about the product and service received from Jon Richards Enterprises and Amazon. Both first rate products and follow up. The first striker plate was defective after cycling only a couple dozen times. Called Jon Richards customer service left a message and with in a half hour was called back, problem solved and new replacement striker plate was immediately sent out as promised. Now installed and works great. Will not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly order again as our needs arise. Great job Guys.
