but it did not come with the controls , they are missing i need to send it back but i bought another one and this product is very very good

Works better than I was expecting. Order more Clickers tho so you don't get locked outside without a backup since there's no outside keypad.

I am a novice so completely green. I was able to figure out NO=Normally Open and NC=Normally Closed. Other than that it took some studying. As said in other posts, instructions somewhat lacking. Once you figure it out its fairly easy. A little online video and playing around with it on the bench and it got it figured out in less than an hour. If you've never done one of these definitely recommend testing it out on a table with short wires before installing. Took about an hour to install. Pretty decent construction, definitely better than what I expected for the price. People saying its low quality are wrong. I am sure there is a better quality system out there for over $1000 but this is decent quality and works great. NOTES: There are 2 places to plug in the other wire for the NO/NC. Make sure the metal piece attached to the door is loose. Luckily I knew this from my workplace. I tightened it all the way originally and didn't work at all. Loosened it and worked just fine. The little black box seemed cheesy at first, but works fine. It is small enough I was able to fit it in a one-gang box and all connections in the ceiling including the box are inside the gang-box. You have to buy wire, it was like $12 at Home Depot (12V small gauge). Remotes have a good distance, we went over 50' away and it worked.

I ordered 4 extra remotes. They got here faster than Amazon said they would. Note these were the same remotes I got with the system so I don't know what all they work with but I knew they would work with this system. Email vendor first if you're not sure. Didn't come with instructions how to program but vendor emailed me directions. It is super easy to program once you know how. Find the little black button in the little black box receiver. Push it once for about a second. Then push the button on the remote. Once I got to the little black box it took me a minute or less to program al 4 remotes.

No instructions to wire it came with the products. The delay switch is not calibrated properly. It's a farce that it could be set from 0 to 99 seconds. We tried very hard to set it so that the delay is about 8 to 9 seconds. Regardless of where we set the switch, it either closes instantly or remained open for at least 25 seconds, and up to 40 to 50 seconds. No middle setting. Pre set remotes that came with the product only worked once, after that neither of the two that came with the product have worked. We tried pairing them by holding the little button down on the circuit board once and then holding down the button on the remotes, t heyjust does not want to pair with it. The power cord receptacle was installed crooked on the circuit board, therefore, the cord would not go into the hole. We had to clip the black box that the circuit board was just sitting loosely in. Over all quality of this product is extremely poor. Amazon should drop this vendor. They are doing disservice to their reputation by keeping this vendor on. I still want to know how to pair the remotes with the strike controller.
