This is by far the best gluten free flour I've tried! I actually made a baked brie surrounded by a gluten free puff pastry and it was amazing! I have already ordered several more bags (thankful to see its a tad cheaper on the Blends By Orly website) and I'm trying the Tuscany blend next.

I have tried every brand under the sun. I have been Celiac since 2010 and gluten free products have come a long way BUT there are so many choices it can be overwhelming. This is a great blend that is pretty darn close to the real thing. Yes, you only get about 2 recipes per bag but unless you have time, patience and understanding to try and make your own blends, I highly suggest this brand. I have tried making my own blends but they don't always work. It's a science, really, to get GF blends to work the way you need them to and this brand delivers.
