So far extremely happy with this marine carpet. I installed it on to my boat bunks over the existing lowes el cheepo and now my boat launches and can be retrieved with out getting stuck on cheap carpet.....Used outdoor all weather glue and staples on bear spots on the wood.. Turned out real nice.

We used this carpet to cover the boards on our boat trailer. It was awesome! It was cut to a great size that required very little trimming. The carpet was stiff enough to be durable but not too stiff to work with. We used DAP 00442 Weldwood All-Weather Outdoor Carpet Adhesive and a staple gun to attach the carpet.

my old bunk the carpet lasted 17 years!!! recovered My main bunk boards launched the boat, once everything was great, on the 2nd launch the carpet was coming apart on one of the boards , we back the boat in till the hole boat floats when launching , and back the trailer in and submerged the bunks completely when loading, have checked the boat there is not any loose rivets to snag the carpet it right on the top corner for about 3 feet the bunks are 9' 4" long this is in the center of the boards, the carpets is not good quality, for bunk boards, would like to find a heavier oz. carpet 24oz.minimum , used this on boarded the cover the inside of the wheel wells and is working out there so far , but there is no weight on them,

Superior boat trailer bunk carpet! It has the correct amount of thickness to protect the boat and does not retain water. If you have a fiberglass boat and want to minimize the chance of getting hull blisters then this is the carpet to buy.
