I have been using this product for several weeks and I've loved it. I have had no digestive upset at all. For those who have stomach upset - try taking this with tea or coffee instead of on an empty stomach, and start out with taking 1 tsp per day to work up to 1 tbsp if this is your first time taking MCT oil. Good vendor, quick shipping. Product is as described. This is a product I would purchase again.

So far so good! This is the first MCT oil I have tried and I have found twice when I have had a carb-loaded meal on vacation with family, I'm back in ketosis (if I ever even leave it) very quickly. And I mean high on a keto strip!

best flavor ever for everything but deep frying. i think the oil was the wrong temp & ill try again, but made all the rest the best ever--wont use anything else now for glazing, saute & that style cooking.
