This item did not solve my problem. The silicone that goes between the toes is not soft. It just enlarged the area and made them hurt more

The toe guard (part that goes in between toes) is hard and uncomfortable. This made no diffference in the comfort level with or without them. They need to use some kind of soft spongy material...
