Good insulation and I can tell the difference in my garage already. I needed more tape so had to purchase some at local builder supply, seller credited the purchase of extra tape as a refund. Instructions missing from box but its not hard to figure out.
Very satisfied.

With patience not too difficult to install. I am a 75 year old woman and did install alone., No issues and insulation makes a good bit of difference.

cut pieces to fit panels due to angle braces across my door. They stay in place. no tape needed. not quite enough material. had to fit two pieces for one panel. If wanted to secure panels, liquid nails would be easiest and cheapest method.
Great product, adhesive is horrible.

The installation on this product was really pretty simple just reading the instructions. Having a second hand and not doing it alone, I would recommend. Took us a couple hours.
The product helps in the cooler weather for sure. Our garage isn't near as cold as it usually is. We are in Utah. Not sure how the hot weather will be just yet. We also didn't put foam pad in between the panels. So that's pretty cool it still keeps in nice in there.
The reason for only 3 stars...The biggest problem is the adhesive tap that comes with it. As long as your garage door is cleaned before you apply it, it will stick great. However the tap adhesive doesn't stick well to the product itself. Every time to garage door opens and closes we have to push corners and edges all back down. Its a huge pain. We installed the product correctly. So I'm not sure what the deal is. Come summer we are going to be looking into buying some better adhesive to apply.

Doesn't Stick

Two-sided tape does not stick - after one week, everything starts falling off, and I followed the directions to the letter.
