I have traveled a LOT with the 21" Carry-on and 25" checked bag sizes. This excellent luggage is easy to pack and holds up well to abuse.

It shows the abuse, but that's normal for hardside luggage. Everything still works great. I haven't had any issues with the wheels, handles, or zippers.

I have had my Delsey cobalt blue helium 19" carry on as my main luggage for when I travel for work. It's perfect for the smaller overhead bins in Southwest and it's sturdy enough to be checked in. After 6 years of hard use, I decided I would treat myself to a new, more updated case. I bought this titanium case in silver and it looks lovely and the wheels are solid. I also like the interior packing compartments better than the helium. However, for me when I travel, I always have a laptop backpack that subs as a purse. I noticed that the extended handle on this bad was thinner and looser, and basically flimsier, than my old helium bag. Not only does it feel like it will snap of you go down a few stairs, the handle part of the extender juts out so if you try and lift your backpack off the handle, the parts of the handle jutting out catch the backpack strap and you have to really work it to get it off. I don't have time for that when I have people breathing down my neck whilst boarding the plane. So, I do love the Delsey brand, just not this line. This is great for road trips and the off vacation, but if you use it all the time for work, go for the helium line. It's a solid workhorse.

Color was as expected. Lightweight and easy to maneuver thru the airport.

I need to make a small case (international carry-on size) work hard. Have so far taken this case to Amsterdam, and throughout Kenya and Egypt. After all kinds of baggage handling, it shows some minor expectable road rash, but wheels and zippers all still great. A bit of play now in the handle when extended, but not detrimental to use (and might have just not noticed it when new). Love the silver color: easy to pick out in jumbled bags on carousel. With scrupulous packing (cubes) and clothing choices, I got ten days' clothing (including light rain shell and hat), toiletries, plus a pair of shoes, as well as a shawl and a fairly substantial collapsible zippered tote bag, all in this case. Zippers got a good workout and still smooth. A solid, dependable, versatile, smooth-rolling bag.

I love this case. It is small but holds a lot more than you would think.
First, it opens like a clamshell. Opened, it has 2 main compartments, one with a zip cover, the other with straps to keep things in place..
Also, it has several zip envelope areas that can hold things like hosiery, ties, jewelry, etc...
This bag also has another compartment accessed from the outside that is big enough for a laptop. The only downside is that this compartment is right against one face of the main compartment inside so, if you pack the inside very tightly, you will be limited in what you can comfortably put in the outside compartment.
The outside compartment zips around on 3 sides and folds out on the front of the case. It can be a nice place for a laptop, work files, magazines, that kind of thing. It can be tight but I've not had any problems using it.
The 4 wheel sets are very good quality, mounted with a magnet alignment designed to keep them straight while you are walking which makes guiding the suitcase effortless.
Also, the suitcase can be leaned back on 2 wheels when necessary to pull like you would a 2 wheel case.
The handle is cushioned and very comfortable to hold and lift the suitcase with.
I am just over 6 feet tall and the handle can be raised to a nice height for me. There are several points where this can be lifted for comfort as well.
The case is a hard shell that is pretty durable so far. I've flown with this bag several times and it has not gotten dinged or marked at all.
It also has a nice combination locking zipper system that keeps the main compartment secured. You can still access the outside zip pocket while the lock is engaged. The combination to the lock can be reprogrammed as many times as you want and the TSA can access the contacts with a special key so they do not have to damage your case if necessary to access the contents.
I am VERY happy with this bag. I am sure it will serve us well.
