Beware of the sharp edges....

I like this scrapper set. they are not the flexible ones so they are made more for the bread dough than the cake batter. I took out one star because, like other reviewers said, the metal edge could be too sharp to handle when you try to pull the plastic ones out of the set. I got a minor cut when I tried to do it the first time.

This has been very useful, especially for sourdough recipes. I found it easy to remove the parts, unlike some people have stated. I enjoy having them together in one place when I need them. I agree the bowl scraper could be a little more flexible, but it works fine in my applications.

These are awesome tools to have. The are great for working with wet dough and chopping veggies. Works great for getting everything out of a bowl without wasting anything. They even make a good liquid cleanup tool to scoop up some sauce on a flat surface.
If you're baking artisan bread, you need these.
