This has been my ABSOLUTE favorite spice to use on my jerky. All of my friends request it. I can't wait til it comes back in stock. Fyi It does get a little clumpy so I stick saltine crackers in it to absorb extra moisture.

The Black & Bleu is the best spice blend/rub we've ever had. It's delicious in burgers (put it into the burgers as you are shaping them); it's great on popcorn, on baked potatoes...on salmon. We love it on everything. You really taste the blue cheese!
