Love this product only reason I rated lower was the fact found same product at Walmart for $70 less. Hubby purchased very kindly and thoughtfully when our 10yrold primo water cooler started to drip out of hot water dispenser. Again my only complaint is the difference in price.

Changing my 1 star to 5 because of the great customer service we received. We had a machine that was defective. Hot water button would always stick and then flooded our floors. Even though we were past the return window the company so graciously sent us a new machine, and we did not have to send the defective one back. I love that I can just buy a couple of 5gal water jugs and have water for a couple weeks to a month. (I was sick of getting water bottles, going through them like crazy because ppl would take a couple sips and forgot which one is there's)
When we first set it up, there was an issue with leakage - my husband had to mess with the water cords at the top of the machine.. it seems as though it wasn't placed correctly. I rarely hear any noise and when I do it's more like a white noise. The taste of the water is great!
I'm completely happy and brag about this product whenever ppl come and ask.
(They also add in a free coupon for up to $14 for the water jugs-which can buy you about two-Score!)

Once I unpacked the cooler, I just had to plug it in and start using it. The cold water is super cold, and the hot water is perfect for tea or hot chocolate. I use the cool water most often for when I run, etc. I have 5 gallon filtered water bottles delivered every month (not Primo brand), and it is very easy to pop the hose in and push the jug into the bottom of the cooler. The indicator light tells me when the jug is empty and there is very little water left in the bottom of the 5 gallon jug. I just pour that into a glass and drink it before putting in a new jug. I've never had a cooler at home before, and I love how easy it is to use and that I'm helping the environment by re-using the 5 gallon jugs and not using individual water bottles.
