Wanted for testing bow draw with out in the field. it does it job but the hold for highest pounds takes awhile to read.

Scale seems well made and consistent enough for my purposes. I use it for tuning compound bows and it's been a valuable addition.

I bought this and loved it for the first year. Then it started getting glitchy; stopped holding last used unit of measurement, randomly switching over to calibrating mode... I put up with it but then it occurred to me that with all of the glitchy behavior maybe I should recheck the scales accuracy- It's off by 1.5 ounces; I'm here on Amazon this morning looking for a new scale-

Well constructed, nice size handle to hold heavy loads. I really like the Max Hold feature as well.

I bought this scale for working on tuning archery equipment for myself and my friends, mainly for measurement of draw poundage. It has worked flawlessly in measuring both full draw weight and let-off poundage and even gives tenths of pounds all the way up to 70+ lbs even though the specs on it say it doesn't. I would highly recommend this scale for DIY bow mechanics.
