Due to some foot pain and anxiety, I was looking for hematite I could wear on my ankles. It was suggested to me that wearing a hematite anklet can help someone feel more grounded and relaxed. This was purchased for my mil who has circulation issues in her hands and feet. Her husband was very skeptical about her trying anything like this. Her doctor has her on L-Arginine but it isn't helping like she thought. She tried these for a week, one set on each wrist, and one set on each ankle. She claimed it helped her toes from tingling. Again her husband said it was all in her head. She kept wearing them for another 3 weeks, with positive results. Then at her husband's request, kept them off for a full week. The tingling reappeared in her toes, her arms were painful and sore, (one of which has lymphoma due to breast cancer treatments) and pain from arthritis. She said that after 1 full day of wearing the magnets, her toes stopped tingling, her arms no longer ached, and were pain free.
