only worked for 1-2 hrs then died
Amazon Customer•August 26, 2017
fast processing but i used the pump for less that 1.5-2 hrs and the thing, burnt out, the propeller melted right off. making the unit no longer usable worst part is i lost 40 bucks on the scoop of live bait since all the bait died :(
I bought this as I was building a newer live well, i ended up not putting everything together for a few months since its a project and takes time. now that its all said and done, the return policy stated 30 day return. so I lost my money on this . if you are building a tank, make this the last piece of equipment you buy and put it to work right away to see if it works or not.
I would like someone from Amazon or this company to contact me please.

I recommend a redesign
Donald Warren•July 4, 2017
This item failed in about a year. Water started coming into the boat. Found a defective seal in the base of the pump. With a change of screw placement, this could be corrected. I recommend a redesign!
Keeps on Pumping
Nacho Pal•June 24, 2017
This replacement pump does its job and does it fast.
Good quality. Easy installation. I would recommend it if you need a bilge or live-well pump.

Not 1, but TWO DIED
Amazon Customer•April 30, 2017
This is the pump that was in my boat when I purchased it used. The motor had locked up. I thought maybe it was just old. I purchased the same pump to replace it. It wouldn't work all the time, now it has stopped pumping water in completely. And of course it died 2 days after my return date. DO NOT BUY THIS PUMP
Critical Design Flaw
Brandon•April 6, 2017
This pump has a critical design flaw which is significant enough that you should not even consider buying it. Look at my picture below and notice the white pump is threaded as one piece. This pumps threaded end is not one piece, instead it is two pieces held on with glue. Once you go and try to screw on your elbow adapter and snug it down it will come undone. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
