Box smelled, rough machining marks on the finish, and one cup actually had a crack that leaked! Giving this 2 stars because they did look nice enough for our wedding and we kept them as display pieces. Would not recommend them.

Ordered these for my daughter and her new fiancé as an engagement gift (along with a bottle of Champagne, of course!) and they're absolutely beautiful! Keepers for many years to come. The delivery time was amazing - I couldn't believe they made their way to California in just a matter of a couple of days.
Fancy box it came in had the most horrible smell.

Fancy box it came in had the most horrible smell ... extremely offensive. Had to throw it in garbage. The goblets were very nice, but we had to find & pay for a different presentation case. NO - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

These are beautiful looking pieces of functional art. They're extremely solid, very heavy, and durable (I put them through my dish washer).
I'd give them 5 stars if not for two minor flaws: The metal cups have some tarnish on the inside. I'm sure it's perfectly safe to drink out of, but at the price-point, I expect full attention to detail. The black spots should have been buffed out before these were shipped. Also, the case they come with is complete trash and should be discarded immediately because it emits a toxic smelling odor.
