These glasses are beautiful, and this is the least expensive I've found them anywhere. The first six arrived with 3 broken. They were not adequately packed. Amazon promptly sent another six and didn't require a return of the unbroken ones. The replacements arrived unbroken and were packed for shipping much better. Given the reviews, it appears the company that ships them finally figured out how to pack appropriately to prevent breaking during shipping? You won't be disappointed with these.
