You can bake cookie on them. Not sticking. Fit most standard 1/2 sheet metal sheet pan. Always wonderful product from MIU FRANCE. Name brand you can trust. Will buy again. Good job.

We have used this for cookies and we love it. The liners are a little sticky so that cookies don't slide around when scooped up. The markings are really useful in setting down the cookies. We also put it below a pie to catch drippings. It caught them and then were so easy to wipe off.

Absorbed the color and oil from the products I was baking. The sheets are discolored and gross after a few uses. Very hard to clean as well.
